Soap and fun

We ran our last Soap Workshop of 2016 on Saturday December 3rd. Everyone had so much fun blending their own custom batches of soap!  The results were amazing and varied greatly from softer swirls to abrasive scrubs.
The best part was that the group also learned a lot about oils and the soap making process.

After a hearty farm lunch, the soaps were left to cure for 1-2 weeks. All of the batches have been picked up now, and everyone went home with a 1/2 kilo of their own homemade soap to gift or use as they want.

We will be hosting more Soap Workshops in 2017 and look forward to teaching more people about the art of homemade soaps. Look under Upcoming Events for the next available Workshops.

Thank you to all of the lovely ladies who joined us in our Holiday Soap Workshop and took part in the historical fun with our vintage aprons, headscarves and alternate identity names tags.
